Volunteer Opportunties at Bayou City Art Festival!
Saturday, Oct. 8, 2011 & Sunday Oct. 9, 2011
Bayou City Art Festival is coming to Downtown! Houston Arts Alliance is looking for volunteers at the HAA booth to pass out grantee collateral material to Festival attendees. Below is the following volunteer schedule:
Sat. 10/08/2011 SHIFT A: 9AM – 1PM
Sat. 10/08/2011 SHIFT B: 12PM – 4PM
Sat. 10/08/2011 SHIFT C: 3PM – 7PM
Sun. 10/09/2011 SHIFT A: 9AM – 1PM
Sun. 10/09/2011 SHIFT B: 12PM – 4PM
Sun. 10/09/2011 SHIFT C: 3PM – 7PM
We will provide a T-Shirt and a FREE Festival pass ($10 value) for each volunteer. If you and your friends are interested to volunteer in any of these shifts, please register at Eventbrite before by Wednesday, Oct. 5, 2011 12PM.
You will then need to pick up your Volunteer Packet (including volunteer info, map, t-shirt, & passes) at HAA from Thursday 10/06 to Friday 10/07 between the hours of 9AM – 5:30PM. If you are unable to pick up your passes, please indicate in your email response.
